We're in the final stretch of baking our way through Dorie Greenspan's book, Baking Chez Moi, and it's so gratifying that there are still fabulous recipes to be made, like this week's tart composed of a sweet tart crust and an incredibly silky and luscious, cinnamon-kissed chocolate ganache.
I served it with the recommended salted caramel and
whipped cream. We loved it!
